Teaching Scholarships in Rhode Island

  • Maria A. Forte-Tocco Scholarship

    Graduating seniors from North Providence High School or Cumberland High School; pursuing studies in education.

  • TEACH Grant

    Must be enrolled in a TEACH-Grant-eligible program; intend to teach in elementary or secondary school that serves students from low-income families; meet certain academic requirements; meet basic eligibility criteria for the federal student aid programs; complete the FAFSA; available nationwide.

  • T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood RI Scholarships

    Must be a home- or center-based educator; pursuing associate degree in early childhood education/child development at the Community College of Rhode Island or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education at Rhode Island College or the University of Rhode Island.

  • Antonio Cirino Memorial Art Education Fellowship

    Rhode Island resident; graduate student; pursuing a teaching career in the arts; preference given to visual arts.

  • Rhode Island College Foundation Scholarships

    Must be student at Rhode Island College; requirements vary by scholarship.
